پدر روزنامه مي‌خواند اما پسر كوچكش مدام مزاحمش مي‌شود. حوصله پدر سر رفت و صفحه‌اي از روزنامه را كه نقشه جهان را نمايش مي‌داد جدا و قطعه قطعه كرد و به پسرش داد."بيا! كاري برايت دارم. يك نقشه دنيا به تو مي‌دهم، ببينم مي‌تواني آن را دقيقاً همان طور كه هست بچيني؟"و دوباره سراغ روزنامه اش رفت. مي‌دانست پسرش تمام روز گرفتار اين كار است. اما يك ربع ساعت بعد، پسرك با نقشه كامل برگشت.پدر با تعجب پرسيد: "مادرت به تو جغرافي ياد داده؟"پسر جواب داد: "جغرافي ديگر چيست؟ پشت اين صفحه تصويري از يك آدم بود. وقتي توانستم آن آدم را دوباره بسازم، دنيا را هم دوباره ساختم."

Job Site Hazards

Construction and industrial jobs require special consideration when employees work around electricity and/or utility lines. Federal, state and local regulations specify safe distances for working around power lines. These rules should be strictly adhered to at all times.
When working near overhead lines, state laws generally require that you contact the local utility. In many cases, the utility can temporarily shut off the power, relocate the lines, or assure that adequate power line clearance and safety is maintained. It is also mandatory to check with the utility company before beginning any work on a job site that entails trenching or digging to confirm the locations of any underground power lines.
Tall equipment such as cranes, draglines or scaffolds should be positioned the required distance away from overhead utility lines. If any equipment strikes an electric line, the operator should remain inside the cab until someone gets help. If the equipment is electrically charged, the operator must not touch the equipment and the ground at the same time, or he or she will get electrocuted. Let trained rescue teams remove the operator safely.

برخورد خودرو با پايه سيماني برق

يكي از مشكلاتي كه همكاران من در صنعت توزيع برق با آن درگير هستند حوادث رانندگي و برخورد خودروها با پايه هاي برق است ، در صورت وقوع چنين حوادثي و سقوط سيم برقدار روي خودرو بايد توجه داشت ممكن است به دلايلي رله حفاظتي فرمان قطع نداده و سيم برقدار بماند ، كه خروج ناگهاني شما و ارتباط شما با خودرو و زمين موجب خواهد شد ، جريان برق از بدن شما عبور نموده و دچار شوك الكتريكي شديدي شويد ، لذا در صورت امكان از خودرو پياده نشده و با استفاده از تلفن همراه موضوع را به اتفاقات شركت برق ( شماره 121 ) اطلاع دهيد تا پس از رفع خطرفعاليت هاي امدادي انجام گردد.
همچنين در صورت مشاهده چنين حوادثي به هيچ عنوان به خودرو نزديك نشده وبلافاصله مراتب را به اتفاقات شركت برق يا شماره 121 اطلاع داده تا همكاران من محل را ايمن نمايند.

در چنين رويدادهايي اگر به دليل احساسي شدن ، افراد بدون توجه به شرايط گفته شده جهت امدادرساني به اين خودروها نزديك شوند ،مطمئناً حوادث ثانويه ديگري در پي آن اتفاق خواهد افتاد.

سقوط سيم هاي خطوط هوايي برقدار روي زمين

خطوط هوايي برق گاهي بر اثر اتصالات ضعيف ، جرقه بين خطوط ، حوادثي از قبيل پرنده زدگي و همچنين تصادفات رانندگي ، قطع مي شوند. در اين مواقع ، به دليل سطح تماس كم سيم با زمين ، معمولاً مقاومت بالايي نسبت به زمين خواهد داشت ، ودراين وضعيت ممكن است دستگاه رله حفاظتي (ارت فالت ) داخل پست فوق توزيع ، جريان را مشاهده ننموده و عمل نكند و سيم بصورت برقدار باقي بماند ، پس در صورت مشاهده نبايد به سيم هاي پاره شده يا هادي هاي برق كه روي زمين قرار گرفته اند نزديك شد و آنها را لمس نمود ( در خصوص خطوط فشارمتوسط بايد فاصلة 10 متر را رعايت نمود ) چون ممكن است افراد دچار شوك الكتريكي شديدي شوند.
تذكر : رعايت فاصله 10 متر به اين دليل است كه هادي برقدار ممكن است داراي ولتاژ بالايي (حدود 20000 ولت ) باشد وفرد به آن نزديك شود ، در آن صورت به دليل اينكه زمين اطراف ، توسط هادي برقدار شده است فرد دچار شوك الكتريكي از نوع گام گردد .
لذا درهر صورت نبايد به خطوط برقداري كه روي زمين قرار دارند نزديك شد و بايد مراتب را سريعاً به اتفاقات شركت برق منطقه خود ( يا شماره تلفن 121 ) اطلاع داده ، و تا قبل از رسيدن پرسنل شركت برق و رفع خطر كامل ، از نزديك شدن كودكان و عابرين نيز جلوگيري نمود.

Check Equipment

Check for frayed cords, broken plugs or damaged wires on all appliances. These hazards can cause an electrical shock or fire. Never touch electrical circuits, cords or plugs with bad insulation unless you are absolutely sure the power if OFF. If an appliance smokes or sparks, or if you feel a "tingle" or shock when operating an appliance, don't use it. Have the equipment replaced or repaired by a qualified service representative.
When using appliances with removable cords, always connect the cord to the appliance first, then plug it into the wall outlet. When disconnecting the appliance, unplug it from the wall outlet first, and then remove the cord from the appliance. Be sure to pull the plug, not the cord, because you could damage the wiring in the cord or its insulation.

به گزارش خبرنگار وصل ( نشريه شركت توزيع نيروي برق شهرستان مشهد ) ، مهندس محمد حسين مشكيني، معاون بهره برداري و ديسپاچينگ شركت ، از تاييد طرح پوستر ايمني با موضوع "نحوه كمك رساني به شخص برق گرفته " توسط جمعيت هلال احمر استان خراسان رضوي خبر داد .
مهندس مشكيني بااشاره به اينكه اين اقدام مورد توجه اداره آموزش وپژوهش سازمان هلال احمرواقع شده وبه زودي درتيراژ وسيعي توزيع خواهدشد افزود : پوستر مزبور كه به همت دفتر ايمني و كنترل ضايعات شركت تهيه شده در بردارنده نكات آموزشي مفيدي در خصوص روش هاي نجات شخص برق گرفته در موارد اضطرار مي باشد كه براي نخستين بار در سطح شركت هاي توزيع كشور به صورت موضوع تخصصي در جهت گسترش فرهنگ عمومي ايمني برق به آن پرداخته شده است.

حادثه زير خط هوايي 63000 ولت

كارگر جواني در اثر ناآگاهي با استقراردر زير خط هوايي 63 كيلوولت و با پرتاب سيم به سمت اين شبكه ( به دليل نامعلوم) دچار حادثه شده و ازبين مي رود ، در پي اين تخليه شديد الكتريكي ،درختان موجود در وسط ايلند نيز دچار حريق مي شوند كه توسط پرسنل آتش نشاني اطفاء مي گردد. تصوير محل حادثه در زير مشخص شده است.

تبليغات جرثقيل ها در جوار خطوط هوايي برق

بعضاً مشاهده مي شود جرثقيل ها براي تبليغ و جلب مشتري ،تابلو تبليغاتي بنگاه را بر روي دكل مستقر و دكل را بصورت قائم ، با باز كردن تمامي كشوئي در حاشيه معابر متوقف و مشرف به خطوط هوايي برقدار پارك مي كنند. اينكار علاوه بر خطر سقوط تابلو و دكل در اثر پاره شدن سيستم شيلنگ و ساير نقايص فني ، احتمال برخورد با خطوط هوايي برق و تجهيزات و ايجاد برقگرفتگي را در پي خواهد داشت ، لذا از اين كار جداً پرهيز نماييد. تصويربالا نمونه اي ازعملكرد تبليغاتي جرثقيل را نشان مي دهد كه همانطور عرض شد مي تواند تبديل به حادثه پايين شده كه اگر در جوار شبكه هاي برق نيز باشد ، مي تواند پيامدهاي جبران ناپذيري در پي داشته باشد.

پيشگيري از حوادث در نزديكي خطوط برق Accident prevention near power lines

Follow these rules to avoid accidents when working or playing near power lines:
- treat all lines as alive
- never go near or touch a downed line
- never climb any power pole or pylon
- never fly kites, model aircraft or play with fishing poles near lines
- look out above when handling long objects or using mechanical plant
- high voltage electricity can jump across gaps - you don't need to touch the lines to get killed
- take care trimming trees so that they don't fall into the lines
- avoid lighting fires under lines - discuss with us before you do this
- look above and keep well clear when handling a boat mast near power lines.

وضعیت گوشتان را هر 6ماه یک‌بار بررسی کنید

یک متخصص گوش و حلق بینی گفت: باید وضعیت پرده گوش و عفونت‌های احتمالی کانال خارجی گوش هر 6ماه یکبار مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.
دکتر بیژن نقیب‌زاده در گفتگو با سامانه خبری «سلامت‌نیوز» با اشاره به گلایه برخی از مردم نسبت به دردهایی که در ناحیه گوش خود احساس می کنند،گفت:«بعضی از مردم در مراجعه به متخصصین گوش و حلق و بینی از دردهایی که در ناحیه گوش خود احساس می‌کنند گله‌مندند.»
وی افزود:«دردهای ناحیه گوش به دو دلیل اصلی افزایش جرم پرده خارجی و یا چرکین شدن پرده گوش به وجود می‌آید، که در رابطه با افزایش جرم پرده گوش با یک جرم‌گیری ساده می‌توان آن را رفع کرد، اما در خصوص چرکین شدن پرده گوش باید مراحل درمانی تا از بین رفتن کامل آلودگی مورد نظر ادامه پیدا کند.»
این متخصص گوش و حلق و بینی اظهار داشت:« جرم گوش همان چربی محافظ گوش است که در شرایط خاص به مقدار بیش از نیاز ترشح می‌شود و در صورتی که همراه با ایجاد درد و یا عفونت در پرده گوش باشد باید تحت عملیات خاصی جرم‌گیری شود.»
وی با بیان اینکه ترشح غدد چربی گوش می‌تواند زمینه ژنتیکی و ارثی داشته باشد، ادامه داد:«مردم نباید نسبت به جرمی که در ناحیه گوش خود احساس می‌کنند، حساس باشند چرا که وجود جرم گوش تا حدودی برای محافظت از قدرت شنوایی فرد ضروری است.»
نقیب زاده تصریح کرد:«کشاورزان و یا افرادی که در شهرها و اماکن آلوده کار می‌کنند احتمال ترشح چربی در ناحیه گوششان بیش از دیگر افراد است.»
وی خاطر نشان کرد:« دردهای ناحیه گوش در صورتی که ناشی از افزایش جرم گوشی باشد مشکل خاصی را ایجاد نخواهد کرد و فرد بیمار می‌تواند برای کاهش درد مورد نظر در دفعات متعدد اقدام به جرم‌گیری کند.»

What Farmers & Workers should know...

Around Powerlines
- Look out for downed or damaged powerlines - stay at least 35 feet clear of downed powerlines, and contact your Local Distribution Company.
- Locate and remember where overhead powerlines are when working around the farm.
- Ensure clearances between buildings and powerlines are at least15 feet.
- Check equipment height. Powerlines are 20 feet above the ground. Weather conditions can impact powerlines causing them to sag – will equipment fit?
- Confirm the transfer switch on any standby generation equipment is properly operating.
In the event of a powerline emergency call your Local Distribution Company.
Getting Grounded
- Confirm your farm’s entire electrical system is properly grounded.
- Where Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI – receptacles or breakers) are used – check these monthly to ensure they are in good operating condition.
- Ensure electrical tools have proper grounding protection.
Electrical Service
- Ensure family members and all hired farm workers know where and how to disconnect power in case of an electrical emergency.
- Ensure outlets, switches, and light fixtures subject to weather, dust or damp conditions are water and dust-tight and made of corrosion-resistant materials.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of wiring and extension cords to identify any damage.
- Ensure that panels, circuits and outlets are not overloaded.
- Confirm there is at least 3 feet of clearance in front of all electrical panels.

Consult a licensed electrical contractor, and/or certified electrician, about any concerns regarding your electrical system.
If you are in a vehicle that comes in contact with power lines, do not leave the vehicle unless you are in immediate danger. Touching the vehicle and the ground at the same time could be fatal.Work gloves and rubber boots offer no protection against contact with a power line.You don’t need to contact a power line to be in danger. Electricity can jump or arc from a power line to an object that gets too close. The best insulator is to leave a great deal of space between you and energized power lines. The safest way to move a ladder, pole, pipe or rod from one location to another is to have two people carry it. Carry these horizontally to avoid contact with overhead wires.It is recommended you keep equipment at least 3 metres away from power lines.
